Information Use
Information submitted through contact channels is used only to respond to business inquiries and evaluate project fit. We do not sell, rent, or trade contact details with third parties.
Confidentiality
Project data and technical documentation are shared internally only as needed to support quoting, planning, and execution. Customer prints, specifications, and material certifications are treated as confidential by default.
Data Retention
Inquiries submitted through the contact form are persisted in our internal admin queue until reviewed and triaged. We retain inquiry records for active customer follow-up and historical reference, and remove records on written request.
Third-party Services
This site embeds a Google Maps preview on the contact page and in the footer to help visitors locate our facility. Loading the map sends standard request information (including your IP address) to Google and may set cookies in your browser per Google's privacy policy. We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party tag managers on this site.
