      Mario Passes the Torch to Sergio Mario Facchini passed the leadership of IMS to his son, Sergio, marking an important transition to the next generation and making Sergio the company’s second CEO.

      Keeping the Family Name Alive Michael Facchini introduced a new chapter for the company by changing its name from IMS to FIMS. The “F” stands for Facchini, adding the family name to the company’s identity and ensuring the Facchini legacy remains a part of the business for generations to come.

      From Rochelle Park to Oakland- Expanding the Foundation As the company continued to grow, Fims made a major move from Rochelle Park to Oakland. This transition included relocating into a 43,000 sq ft facility, providing the space and infrastructure needed to support continued expansion and long-term success.
